DELIVERY TERMS

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We accept orders daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Self-pickup is also available from our office-warehouse at 200E Haddon Rd SW, Calgary, AB, T2V 2Y6. On weekends and public holidays, we operate by appointment only. Delivery costs depend on the area and distance.

ORDER DETAILS

Please provide the following details in your order:
● Exact delivery address
● Desired delivery date and time
● Customer name
● Contact phone number
The customer is required to be present at the specified address during the agreed-upon time frame (typically within 1-2 hours). The supplier reserves the right to adjust the delivery time in consultation with the customer in case of unforeseen circumstances.

AGE VERIFICATION

The customer must be 18 years or older. The supplier reserves the right to request
proof of age.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR EQUIPMENT

If the order includes rental equipment and the customer has not already paid the security deposit, they must provide the deposit upon delivery. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or debit card with sufficient balance or limit. In special cases and with prior agreement, a cheque payable to MAGISTR Inc. for the specified deposit amount may be accepted. For cash or card payments, the courier will issue a receipt. Customers must also provide valid ID (passport or driver’s license) to complete the equipment acceptance and deposit return documentation. For corporate clients, billing details must be provided if not included during the order submission.

CASH PAYMENTS

If paying in cash, customers must have the exact amount specified in the order.

EQUIPMENT RETURN

Customers must return rented or deposit-based equipment by the agreed deadline unless the rental period is extended or alternative terms are arranged with the supplier. The time, method, location, and cost of returning the equipment must be agreed upon with the support manager in advance.

Typically, the supplier’s courier will collect the equipment from the same location where the order was delivered. If the return location differs, additional delivery costs must be agreed upon beforehand. The return time and location should be included in the order or agreed upon with the support manager. Customers are required to be present at the return location during the agreed-upon time. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to CAD 25 per hour.

 

Alternatively, equipment can be returned in person to our office-warehouse at 200E Haddon Rd SW, Calgary, AB, T2V 2Y6 daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with prior approval from the support manager.
